These terms cover your use of Hookline. Using the product means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose.
01Acceptance
By creating an account or using Hookline, including the no-signup demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02The service
Hookline generates short-form video scripts from input you provide. Output is produced by AI and is offered as a draft, not as finished or fact-checked work.
03Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a one-time email link. One person or one team per account.
04Acceptable use
Do not use Hookline to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else rights. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
05Your content and ownership
You own the input you submit and the scripts you generate. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what you publish, including the accuracy of any claim inside a script.
06Plans and billing
Free, Pro, and Studio plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Prices may change with notice, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
07Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep paid access until the end of the current period. If Hookline is not a fit, email us within fourteen days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
08Disclaimers
Hookline is provided as is. AI output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking every script before you use it.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hookline liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or inside the product. Continuing to use Hookline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
